Markus Kokko

Markus is specialised in dispute resolution and he heads B&K’s Dispute Resolution and Insolvency Group.

Markus advises domestic and international clients in all fields of commercial disputes through litigation and arbitration. He has wide experience for example in major disputes regarding banking and financial services, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency, employment, business secrets, harmonisation of EU legislation and damages related to authorities’ decisions. He also advises effectively in white collar crimes and has acted successfully in many recent securities litigations.

Markus has been a B&K partner since 2010.
